A HOT DAY in Heraklion . . . walking around the ancient harbour after a visit to the Koules Fortress on my way to the Archaeological Museum a gust of wind blew a silk scarf into my face. All I saw was RED with the sun lighting it up like a lantern. Shortly there after it was ripped away as fast as it landed by a Chinese tourist who expressed her embarrassment. It was a good laugh and a great inspiration for this work.
